My Engine Chirps

Is related to engine speed and is coming from the left hand side of the car - the alternator side......

I changed the accessory belts recently so I'm thinking it may have something to do with that? It is quite a slow tweet so I don't think it's a bearing it sounds more like the old clutch fan's and the slipping noise that you would get with them - you know the hollywood typical make the car sound clunky with the high pitch belt noise, it sounds like that but a chirp maybe 3 times a second at idle.......

Any ideas? I'm thinking of turning the belts around so that they travel in the opposite direction......
