I'd be interested to hear more about experiences with these too. I've done this to a couple of past cars (1985 Toyota Supra & 1999 2 dr. Tahoe) with very good results, but before making a swap like this on the X, I'd really like to hear from someone w/first hand experience first...

It seems like eibach only specifies these, for the 3.0, 4.4 and 4.6 wit rear air suspension. NOT for the 4.8 that have all around air suspension.

I had the Eibach sways on my 4.6is and one of the side effects is a "clunking" noise from the front swaybar as it keeps hitting the frame due to its increased thickness, the same happend to a friend of mine who installed the Eibach sways on his 4.6is. I removed them from my 4.6 again as the biggest bang for the buck are the Dinan camber plates. They dramatically improve handling and are not too difficult to install.
