Hi Guys

are these dealer only or can i get them via ebay etc..

am i right thinking these are the correct ones for a 2003 3.0d sport auto

There's no need to guess...use the multiple online part databases and look up the correct 11 digit BMW part nbr for your X based on its VIN. These sites also have a part number cross reference feature...that allows you to find other BMW models that use the same part number.

Once you have the correct BMW 11 digit part nbr...then shop online/eBay/Amazon.com/etc using the correct part nbr. This will reduce the chance of buying the wrong part.

Feel free to save all 3 of these links below to your favorites folder (bookmark folder):
  1. RealOEM.com * Online BMW Parts Catalog
  2. Maximillian Importing Company :: Mobile Traditon Licensee
  3. BMW parts catalog

EDIT: I just click the link to eBay and the seller even has teh BMW 11 digit part nbrs listed...all you need to do is verify that this part is used in your car by using any of the sites above. Enter the last 7 digits of your VIN...then copy & paste the 11 digit BMW part nbrs listed on the ebay site...and see if those parts come up for your vehicle.

You will find many reports on bmw forums saying only genuine bmw sensors actually work .
I would not waste time or money on the ebay items .
