4.8is DSP subwoofer upgrade: I'm ready...
My subwoofer does exactly that: provides sub-woofed sounds, but very little mid-bass which is what I like.
I'm contemplating the following: a. replacing the drivers and retrofitting an aftermarket Mosfet amp + a gain control to better pull some mid-bass out of my music. b. Replace the whole thing with a custom box, single 10" woofer, amp, gain control. Anyone venture in this direction?? Mark
