this is obviously a prefacelift, non-sport, cold weather package... I would say, one of the earliest specimens...

given the quality of the general life in Kyrgystan, it is probably some party functioneer from Frunze/Bishkek, exterior looks ok, but who knows what the undercarriage may have endured in its hard life in there...
