New Sirius

Just had Siruis installed. I only have the 888-539-SIRIUS display on my radio. I am unable to change channel to 184 as instructed. Anybody with experience? I have already activated my SIRUS account.

Call them, talk to a rep, and they sould be able to talk you through it. Sorry I don't have anymore info, but good luck

Was your Sirius kit already installed before activating? If not, call Sirius and have them activate the unit while you have the radio on (Sirius mode) in a clear line of sight.

Had similar issues, I called and tried to enable it, didn't seem to work.
I checked the lines and noticed one of the connections for the antenna line wasn't fully secured.
After I fixed the line and called Sirius again everything was fixed.
Make sure the number on the unit is correct. They might have fat fingered the serial of your unit.
