TWO annoying issues...HELP!!!!

These two gremlins are bugging me.....

1. When I press the alarm to lock the doors they all lock and unlock except driver door gets stuck.

2. I press the rear hatch release and it gets stuck only opens when Im physically lifting and pressing the release buttons.

Anyone had these problems?

the lock assemblies might need to be cleaned up, and greased

plenty - do a search for window regulator repair, replacement, door lock repair, replacement, you should get a few hits

Ricky Bobby will become famous soon enough
nope, sounds to me like the electric connections might need cleaning up and or lubricating as T said above. Door carriers don't "go on their way out", one day you just go to pull the door handle to open the door from outside and it wont open unless you use inner handle.
