Mine is doing the same thing.... just started after I put some black chrome rings with a carbon bezel. I'll pull the cluster back out and check bulbs. Does anyone know if an upgraded bulb set is available?

Nope. You can only buy it from the dealer or some vendors.

Instead of buying a new bulb just open up the cluster and use a bulb from the other side and see if it lights up this side, then its the bulb.
