stealth one question, I lost the intro but the screen still comes up when the v1 goes

off.

I lost the stealth one intro and the display on the nav screen, and its on IKE 1, any suggestions on how to get it back, when I go to set up it works the stealth one menu comes up and when I got to change the v1 mode it works but the nav screen no longer show the mod its in and the intro doesn't come on, anyway to reset it.

Tks in advance.

Hmmm - sounds odd... I'm not 100% sure what the problem is as described, but if you go through the S1 menus, there are settings for intro and display for nav, IKE, or both. Also make sure that you read the on-line instructions carefully.

If you have nav mode set to 1, then you won't see the V1 display on the nav unless you have the radio screen displayed. If it's set to nav mode 2, then you'll see it on the nav even with the map displayed. You may also have quiet mode set to yes. In this case, I believe you'll still hear the warnings, but wont get anything on the display (shouldn't be on the IKE in this case either though...?).

Let us know if this doesn't work & GL!

yeah I've read thru the manual so many times, but I think I will set it on Nav 2 take the quiet mode off and go from there, however I still don't get the intro display, I don't think that has anything to do with the other things, but I guess I will have to just try,

Is there a way with the steering controls to just turn the display off, maybe I was screwing around and accidently did something?

That's a good possibility too. To set quiet mode via the steering wheel, it's just the opposite of what you do to go into settings with the up/down buttons on the left, i.e. up, down, down, up... - perhaps you just do this same thing again to deactivate quiet mode too.
