Broken Torx Head Screw for Head Removal

Anyone know how to remove the radio head with the screw stripped?

On the standard radio? Or the NAV? i remember i Screwed up the screw in an e46 once but i just ended up pulling on the tabs that hold it in from the other side of the dash

Try to push it our from the back somehow. Glovebox out should help to get your hand in there.
