Yellow fog lights with 3M

Anybody used yellow 3m(laminx) for their fog lights? I want to change my foglights to yellow, as well as protect them with a 3M...
Should i just get a yellow 3M and kill two birds with one stone, or is it going to look like crap and i am better off with buying yellow light bulbs and clear 3M?

To make it look nice and proper. You should get the 3000k HID and yellow Laminax. The yellow Laminax itself will not look that nice. GL.

I would like to stay away from hid conversion if possible... don't really want to mess around with all the additional hardware and where to place it behind the bumper and all that... may be i just get a true match white halogen bulbs from bimmian and use yellow laminax then

Get a roll of yellow foglight tint on ebay, its under $10, laminex is so expensive for no reason along with 3m, ive used the ebay stuff on 4 cars so far, longest time i had it on was over a year now on one of the cars and it still looks great.

In some cars ive ran into hids being problematic in the fogs, so now i ise nokya hyperyellow 2500k bulbs ($20 or so), and also do the tint.

In my sig you can see how the color looks, as always it looks better in real life.
