Did you remember to hook back up all the electrical connectors that you might have removed?

Was the X working fine prior to replacement (other than the obvious being the oil separator)?

If so, seems like you might have just disconnected/damaged a few items during the repair - intended or not.

I'm not familiar with Carsoft but seems its mention the MAF and a throttle valve being stuck. So, double check those and any sensors that might have been disconnected or damaged.

If the throttle was disconnected, Carsoft will not receive feedback from the throttle during the initial adaptation so it will assume that the throttle was stuck. Or perhaps you got some connectors mixed up such as the MAF and the throttle.

Hi guys
Thanx for responding!
What happened was when I started the car one morning after a very cold couple of days there were alot of smoke coming out of the exaust, I let the engine run for a few min hoping it would stop but it didnt, instead it started dumping out oil throuhg the exaustsystem so I turned the engine off. I tried restarting the car again a few min later but it wouldnt start and thats why I desided to change the oilseparator and hoses, I even pumped out the remaining oil and put in new oil. Still no start so I ran the carsoft but since this was the first time I diagnosed the car I don't even know if the error codes I got are resent or from prior to the freezing problem.

Does the nr prior to the error text mean anything?
I took my time reconnecting everything so I don't think I've mixed the connectors, but I can always double check.
If a connector/sensor was to fail/broken how can I test it? like MAF and throttle valve for example? There suposed to be a power supply for the MAF sensor.
Could this be a broken ECU or is the ECU just reporting errors from the athers units?
"160 Signal after KAT Bank 2" what is KAT bank 2 refering to?

Sorry for the long text, but I appreciate any help.

carsoft is quite bad diagnostick, rather use INPA instead of carsoft (require OBD cable - real cheap)

try to delete those errors, non of them except one should influence your start procedure, just roughness and also consumtion

problem is with this crankshaft position sensor. if this is dead, engine not possible to start, try to check wiring from this sensor, maybe you miss this sensor when you putting it back together.

^^^ This ^^^

When I did this job last fall. I failed to hook up my CPS and immediately had issues. I would dig back into it and verify that everything was hooked up again. There are so many possible connectors to miss....

Can you clarify what you mean by "it started dumping out oil through the exhaust system?"

What I mean is that oil was coming out of the exhaust pipe, but only from the pipe on driverside. have a picture but I don't know how to upload one from lokal pc.
I erased the error codes and did another diagnosis and got only the Hot film air-mass meter error this time. I remove the MAF and disconnected the sensor, after several attempts the car finally started but there's coming much more oil from the exhaustpipe. So right now am thinking gasket problem? Do you guys know which one is the most likely to cause this problem or do I just have to remove the cylinder head and look for leaking areas?

Check the spark plugs, are they oily? If they are oily, you need to replace the valve cover.
