Best cleaner to clean M texture Black/silver suede/leather

Seems to be a small stain on the mesh/suede part of the seat. What would be the best product to clean that? Thanks guys!

Tips to clean suede leather.

Suede eraser is available at online and offline stores both. Just you need to rub it over the stained area and stain will go. But generally it is used for cleaning suede leather Shoes.

Rubbing all over with soft bath towel is also good way of cleaning suede leather .
Suede is so soft that pencil eraser is enough to rub off stain from it.

You do know that the material in the X5 that feels like suede is not actually suede right?
