I need some help, No power to only 1 window motor

So my rear passenger window stop moving about 1/3 of the way down. I figured regulator at first, until I noticed the motor was making ZERO noise. So I pulled the door apart and after my testing, just that window motor is not getting any power.

Use door window switch: nothing
Use Driver switch: nothing
Roll down windows with key FOB: nothing
Door locks: works fine
The window switch light in the switch itself: works fine
I checked all fuses that were window related: all good
Put voltmeter on plug: nothing
Just to make sure, I put 12 volt power to the window motor itself: works fine
Manually move window up and down on regulator with no motor: works fine

Soooooooooooooo could anyone point me in what direction to go? I have the door apart for the next couple of hours before I need to drive again. So if there is anything I need to do with the door panel open, let me. I appreciate your help!!
