Do i need to gap the spark plugs?

I'm planning on replacing my spark plugs on my 04 x5 3.0 with NGK laser platinum BKR6EQUP. do i need to gap them or are they already pre-gapped?

The plugs are pre-gapped, no gapping needed.

They are already gapped but you should check them anyway

when you see them, you will understand....

It is critical that you order the correct plugs
BKR6EQUP

and not the -11. If I recall, those are gapped slightly higher.

As an aside, and I hate when people do this, but I used NGK plugs in each of my m52/m54 cars, but for the e53, I decided to do denso iridiums based on a number of recomendations...so far so good. They were a buck or so cheaper at the moment I bought them, but the price fluctuates. they are a single tip plug vs. a quad tip, and so wont last as long as the ngk, but I change plugs every two years or so regardless.
