Whoops I think I may hve riced my X5
I may have just riced my beamer.  I was thinking about putting my lighted logo light in the headliner in the rear as I have a tear in my headliner from my an accident with daughters bike.  its dead center in the rear right above center seat. I ordered white not blue or red led. 82mm BMW LED Tail White Light 3D Cold Bright Logo Lamp Emblem Tail Badges 4338 | eBayNow the door logo projector lights I was thinking maybe the mirror puddle lights or the doors. this is an example not the one i got.. The one I purchased had just bmw not the x5 logo too..  Pair Laser Projector Lamp LED Welcome Light FOR BMW X5 Door Ghost Shadow Logo 3D | eBay anyone done this mod or got any pics of it on a E53 X5? Will the light send errors if connected to interior lights? edit - install done I think in that long black plastic thing is the resistors no light codes yet. I will get a pic of the install at night too. Also the instructions said to take your door card off and choose a spot to put a hole in it. Thats crazy my way I only have to replace 4 cheap plastic light holders if ever choose to go back to stock. I utilized the stock wiring too. 1 thing I noticed though interior wise I can see a difference those little stock door lights actually did provide some interior lighting on the floor no big deal though. more pics to come waiting for nightfall. Going to try and change my window clips today too.

the puddle lights will send errors and not work unless you put a resistor on that circuit as far as I know. Those are a bit excessive I'll admit.
The backlit roundel emblem actually is on a member's car here as well, I think chrissoto312 is his user name, he has a white facelifted X in texas with black wheels, he showed pics of the lighted roundel that he used to replace the stock roundel on the hatch, it looked pretty good at night actually, not my taste but definitely not "overly riced out"
