4.6 oil leaks

hi have a 2002 4.6 60k miles .
oil leak from oil dipstick and flange where oil filter joins engine.
anybody had experience with this.

is there a diy for the oil dipstick.
is there a diy for the flange ( leaking at one bolt ) its not loose.

its so damn difficult to get to these things.
undercarrige in way.
