Door seal clips

Last week we had a bad frost the morning after my kids had 'washed' my X5, and so when I opened the door, the rubber seals were frozen to the car.

This caused the rubber door seal along the bottom of the drivers door to rip off the small grey plastic clips that hold it to the door, breaking them in the process.

The door seal rubber itself seems fine, and it appears that it normally slides into the clips from one end (similar to a wiper blade).

Is it possible to replace these clips, or do I need to replace the entire seal?
