I would go for a drive and make several stops at increasing speeds. Start at 20mph and in increments of 10 work up to 60 and make 3 spots at 60. Increase how hard you brake as the speed increases. When you stop don't sit still long. Try that and see if squeak goes away. I suspect it won't be a fix but can't hurt.

If the stops don't help, and I am not confident they will, it is time to go back to the Indy and have him do some more lubrication, it is likely just one wheel. Proper lubrication is at least a squeak prevention though I have replaced brakes in the past and done no lubrication, not on purpose, and had no squeaks.

I started reading this thread, and thought that I should really go back and find one of the previous treatises on the subject. Good find, I remember that thread. Saved me searching!
