I'm flummoxed, too...I can only assume that members don't know what a mother lode of information this is (or they're lazy and get in a mental haze when trying to read through the material). Or perhaps many don't realize how much time it takes to gather this info then turn it into a file that can be uploaded and shared.
I guess we also have to accept the fact that we live in an era of a lot of "spoon-feeders"...instead of finding out knowledge and info for themselves...they rely on others to do it and then break it down and feed it to them as they need it.
