Replaced tie rods, now front end sits higher than rear? Sensor arm messed up?
I did my tie rods today and obviously I have another problem. My rear end sits at perfect ride height per my last calibration, but the front end is about an inch higher if not more.
When I replaced the rods I jacked up the car with the wheels turned (so I could have more room), and suspect maybe the "ride height sensor arm" got messed up, although I have no error on my dash and ride height control works. Can someone post a pic of the "correctly installed" ride height sensor links/arms so I can compare to the way mine look under the car? How might one go about correcting the sensor position if it is messed up? I would like to add I didn't touch either of the sensors during my tie rod install. Probably just my luck that the sensors are fine and I need to recalibrate ride height again. Thanks guys!
