Hi all, I'm new to the X5 scene infact new to the BMW scene. I have purchased a 2004 X5 E53 with the 4.4i V8 Valvetronic engine. Which currently sits on 116k miles, I am looking to service/replace any maintenance parts.


So I'm compiling a list that I hope could help others, I still need to find a lot of information so any help would be appreciated. Hoping to get this stickied so information is easily accessible to anyone looking.


The list is to have all the items that may need to be changed due to failed parts or just on a service schedule. I would like to include OEM brand that was for every individual part (or uprated brand part) and the miles people think they should be done at.
