Felt like Calipers Seized but maybe TC or Trq Cnverter

Seized Brake while driving on 287 hiway, wheels start to shake and feeling like seized brake is not a good sign, more like Transfer Case they say..

First thing when i got in my car,started her up, drove and tried to stop the pedal was not grabbing.like no brakes, finally it did grab after pumping it, check my reservoir, almost empty all of a sudden as i checked them last week and it was full,so i filled her up and OMW, then suddenly
I was Surging around 85mph and suddenly the car just went from 85-10mph in around 10sec felt like calipers just suddenly turned on,
now i stop, pulled over side of hiway put car in neutral, no go no movement at all in little downhill,the Pedals are super hard to press iim only getting about .5" of play,otherwise its like its locked in,(try pressing you brake pedal when key is out of cylinder,thats what it felt like) so now i dragged the car shift to 1st gear and drag it to exit hiway, and called tow truck, as im waiting on tow my friends research about my symptoms and they have found something about TC,Tranny,or Converter, NOOOOOO...... so we brought it to German Shop on Rt27,Edison, NJ...... ran the gt1, they have change brake Module unit underneath the steering wheel, which activates abs,4x4 and trifecta lights, that is the 1st step clearing codes and eliminating the codes, if still doing it, then we may go with Tranny job, luckily got my spare X5 for minor parts......we'll see what shop says by tomrow
