Is Indy Overcharging?

This is a copy of my Invoice from my Indy. Parts list looks a little high I just wanted to get you opinion before I pull the trigger on everything. Looking to get the X into tip top mechanic shape before I start with Mods. If I do everything as a whole he is offering to do it for 10% off which would be 3350.
