Diagnostic help...

So the other day I'm driving to work when all of a sudden the car loses power, feels like it wants to dies but doesn't. I managed to limp it the 15 minutes to work, but it felt very, very wrong. Parked the car, restarted it and it seemed like it was running mostly okay again. Scanned it with INPA and here are the results:

I've been chasing the 227/228 errors for some time now, my understanding is that they are generally vacuum related. Obviously the misfire errors are what really caused the car to run poorly. Question is, what caused them? I have recently replaced the oil separator/CCV system, rubber intake elbow, exhaust cam position sensor, DISA valve assembly, VANOS seals/rings, valve cover gasket, spark plugs, cleaned a stuck ICV, cleaned throttle body...just wondering it anyone can point me in a general direction to diagnose the misfires. For some time now the car has idled rough while in park after first starting up, but once I shift into drive it seems to smooth out. Like I said, I've been chasing the 227/228 errors for a while, so I always just attributed it to that. My diagnostic experience is limited to pulling codes with INPA so far, but I also have Carsoft...should I try to pull codes with Carsoft since it seems like it tends to give a bit more information? Any help here is appreciated...need to get back on the road ASAP! THANKS!!!
