onboard computer/nav/radio won't turn on

I've removed the fuses (labelled 72/73 on mine) and still nothing.

From my wife has said, it just suddenly wasn't working.

I was able to open the cassette tray earlier but I won't open again. The red LED indicator showing though and the manual states it's for the phone.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Jay,

you need to tell us more... besides posting in E53 forum, we don't know anything about the ride, which is still ok, as we can assume that you have Nav system, probably 16:9 monitor, maybe a TV module, i'd think a BM53 (or maybe BM54) radio tuner...

actually we need more info on the symptoms

Does monitor come on? is it showing anything? or is it blank?

does radio play? do any sounds come from the speakers?

if you have CD changer, can you hear the CD music? do disk shuffle in the CD tray?

if you have an AUX input, can you play anything from the AUX?

since you have NAV, does the nav computer have a red light showing power?

seems that you have a BT unit too... when you press the "talking head" do you get any sounds from the speakers?
