No hint of fade the entire time lol. They returned to normal color after an hour.

Mech who repaired the camchain guides didnt clean the rubbish out of the engine properly. This blocked the oil pump suction filter up leading to......
I think the bottom ends are pretty robust normally

how about this for a carnage...

you're driving on the highway/freeway at high speeds and the rainy weather. Than all of a sudden your rear wheel gives out and the whole car just goes to the side. happens so fast that you couldnt even react to get it straight or stop.

lesson learned. never cheap out on tires. I had oe Michelin all seasons that come with it. 70% thread too. all inflated correctly. but the sidewall blew up.

Jeez ake, glad you're ok. Bummer.

Pez, maybe like 3-4 inches upon cresting an onramp. Engine speed got a little higher than the exhaust valves liked. Could have been worse...
