That is correct. They discontinued the Power Divider fluid - possibly due to switching oil vendors to Shell.
Another less expensive option is to use Ravenol TF0870 fluid. Many of us have used it with no issues. Another new option is Rock Oil's TF0870 fluid. I recently used it in my e53 as it was available for about half the cost of the BMW fluid. With it being made in the U.K. it may be even more affordable for you. The Rock Oil product is distributed here in the U.S. by a Land Rover parts place. LR's use the same transfer case in some of their models. AM.
