Problem is the dealers in town don't have one. I had a spare 50 amp one in the spare tire area power distribution block area and used it to test the circuit. Now I need to get my hands on a 60 amp fusible link.

interesting... 60 A? got a diagram? i'd like to see where it is on the diagram, and where it is in the car... if possible, of course... so, your assessment, that the steady +12V did not make it to the fan from the fuse was correct...
is it working now? |

I have a 2004 E53, 3.0 D Sport. And Ive got no power at the Fan.
The DIS is throwing a Fault code on the Electric Fan: 41F1, Activation to short Circuit to earth. I have no power at the Electric Fan Connector. I checked F61 in the glove box = All ok 50amp. I having trouble finding F107. On mine I think its in the back with the spare wheel. Or is it behind the passenger airbag? This is my rear wheel fuse block? But no labels on here? All these test out ok too. ![]() This is my Accessory Fan connector. 1 connector is a little corroded. But I'm not getting 12v at any of these connectors. ![]() Thanks for confirming if F107 is in the rear as pictured above or if its behind the passenger airbag. Tony |

I found the problem. The connector has corroded.
When I check the power behind the connector I have 12 volts. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement connector thats on the loom. This part on Realoem shows a 3 prong connector. The connector is a 4 prong but only 3 are used? RealOEM.com - Online BMW Parts Catalog Checked Fuse 107 - all ok. After removing the Airbag and checking the voltage both sides. ![]() Heres the faulty cable connector
