Jakcked up car, now suspension inactive?

I jacked the car up to fix a passenger axle seal leak. While I did it I also disconnected the lower control arm which has a sensor (funky arm connected). I also forgot and left the keys in the car and drained the battery. Now that I have everything back together I drove it today and have a "self leveling suspension inactive" message. I parked the car and the back right side is completely deflated. I have a couple questions:
1) Is it possible in working on my other problem I did something that screwed up the suspension system and freaked it out?
2) Is there any way to diagnose what my problem is (I.e using INPA)?
3) Is there something else I could be missing?
