quick cargo cover conversion question

grabbed the updated "vent louvres" from the u-pull this morning and curious if there's an electric seat cargo cover and non-electric seat cargo cover in tan for the newer models?

RealOEM.com * BMW E53 X5 3.0i Extending cargo cover/partition net

real oem only shows whatever color schwarz is to have the optional electric seat cargo cover. not tan.

http://www.xoutpost.com/articles/x5/...formation.html

this article doesnt really mention it for all the colors and the part numbers break only to the schwarz colors. I would have grabbed the cargo cover if the car had it when I got the parts but it was pretty picked over even for only having been out at the yard since yesterday and I dont want to pick up the wrong one off ebay.

There are 2 rear cargo cover/roller blind/"vent louvres" types for the 8/2003-up E53...one is for regular rear seats...the other for electric rear seat option (S461A).

Schwarz is the German word for black...and HELL BEIGE is tan. So look again at the link you gave us and scroll down to #15 and note that under the electric rear seat option...there's a red line that represents that the S461A option (elec rear seat) applies to all the part nbrs (and colors) that the red line touches (black, beige, gray, & green).

No problem...when an item is discontinued...it will say ENDED at the far right of the column.

Did you grab the aluminum bar under each louver? If not you'll have to drill new holes for I believe the rear louver mounting screws, the holes in the original bar won't line up.

Really? The how to I linked to said I didnt need those? Drilling doesnt bother me im just nervous about pulling all the surround trim away since it basically all broke at the upull and I still really couldnt figure out how it comes out without breaking lol
