You could probably find the size and type of fasteners used at realoem.com

They are M6 - the ones that are actual bolts anyway. I have all mine in a coffee can in my garage since I have the plate off right now. I'll take a pic of the others which are a coarse thread for you. Maybe you can find a match

Like this.

3 - M6 bolts across the front
4 - of the smaller washer coarse thread for the sides
5 - larger washer coarse thread for the front
2 - larger coarse thread for the rear. Mine aren't the right/OG ones but work fine.

You can also walk into your local BMW dealerships parts dept and have them pull up the diagram (just like you can do at Welcome to realoem.com |bmw parts | bmw parts catalog| bmw epc! or www.bmwfans.info ) and buy the correct hardware. Screws & bolts usually don't cost thtmuch...you can get an idea how much they'll be using realoem.com.

In the diagram (click link)...the encircled numbers represent hardware...and many times, as in this case, there is an extra illustration of the hardware. And you can see that most of the hardware wholesales for less than a dollar...so expect to pay about a dollar if yiudon't have aBMW CCA discount.

As you look at the diagram & part nbr index...note the number listed in the QTY column. Some of the required hardware...like #8 is pointing to the brake ducts...but actually are needed to mount the cover properly because they connect to each other.
