Arrow New look and spray painted 168s

Backstory-

Ive had my wheels plastidipped and glossified for the longest time now. PO neglected oem finish and clear was gone in spots, other places paint flaking off or just really worn.

I knew that with my spacers and drop silver wheels would look really good with the car again, was planning on getting them powdercoated but decided to first try rattle canning them.

End result: Im surprised how well they came out and i really rushed through it as well. $25-30 worth of product and start to finish like 3 hours.

Before:

After:

The one joint picture shows oem finish vs mine, top is a day after i got it,, you cant see it well in that pic but they were messed up and kept getting worse after each wash.

Enjoy.

Looks 1000000 times better. I really like the black grille against the silver...not very common on a 4-8! Nice!

@x5snd thanks bro

@xride, i run mine pretty low, it also may seem slightly lower then it really is (dont get me wrong it still is super low) because i run big spacers front and back. The spacers as well actually have a big impact on ride comfort, it mellows and smooths the ride out more.

Its not going to absorb and feel as well as factory height, on bumps its really content kind of like on coilovers but its alot more smoothed out and not as bouncy as a car lowered on 4 corner coilovers would be.

Factory 4.8is height is 27.84 inches front bottom of wheel lip to fender flare, rear is 27.92 (converting MM to inches there), i run mine right now i believe 26 front and 26.15 or .25 rear.

The spacers for me really complete the whole lookof the car with the drop and agressive wide stance, would never go back to non spacer stance again.

Thanks for the feedback.

I want to lower mine but im not sure id go that low. Maybe to the lowest setting height or a tad bit higher than the lowest setting. im just trying to set up the software to play with it.

I like the spacers on your ride. Do you have spacers front and back?
