let your X5 really warm up

Speaking of them running better hot, I can almost swear I got better gas mileage when the coolant was a little low :P

I guess the Ultimate driving machine was not designed to drop kiddies off at school which is only about 4 blocks away, but to drop kiddies off at school and than take it for a 50 mile drive to warm up the engine.

When I got the X I did notice the mustard color oil at the oil cap and from my past experience of owning an air-cooled PORSCHE I knew what it was. Stop using the X for short drives and more frequent oil changes (Not the 15,000 miles recommended by BMW) has resulted in no more mustard colored oil.

Today i was driving my Aircooler porsche and kept thinking how nice it was that i didnt have to worry about the cooling syster, leaks and overheating and stuff

You have 911 posts, what a coincident. 911 PORSCHE are known to be leakers, not coolant, but the other coolant OIL. As for overheating??? Try driving at speed when the air temp is close to 100F with the air-cooled PORSCHE.

5] If You agree to just let it run any time ,all the time, and change the oil at 15,000 miles.
6] If You agree to just let it run any temp turn key,don,t change oil only when it is like black paint.

I am a #2 and a #4 , and I change my oil every 5k[with Castrol syntech 05 30w] miles. to much? should we just drive our X5 [and listen to the manual]or listen and learn from others how drive and own these Autos?
