Here we go again - Starter just cranks but no fire in cold weather

where is the fuel pump relay ? I have a '06 4.4i; i have changed fuel pump and filter but now getting no start condition on very cold mornings.

got stranded yesterday at hotel in Annapolis but after pushing the X into sunlight, it got warmed a bit and it started.

You can also connect a fuel pressure gauge to the fuel rail and observe the pressure after you have shut off the engine. If the pressure drop off within 10 minutes of shutting down the engine you have a leaky injector(s), or if your fuel pump have a check valve you have a leaky check valve.
