Little Stumped On 4.8is Air Suspension

Hey guys,

I recently picked up a second 4.8is as a bit of a project car and have been trying to get it back together. It is really putting up a fight

Initially, the system was completely aired out and indicated inactive. The previous owner told me the front air struts were leaking and he was sick of spending money on it so his shop disabled the system to preserve the compressor.

Upon getting it home, I cleared all the various errors out of all the modules. I was able to power the compressor on with INPA in the hand control menu and raise the rear. When attempting to raise the front there was a noticeable hissing sound of air leaking. I lowered the rear back down so it wasn't sitting weirdly while I ordered front air struts.

When the struts came in I went to air out the reservoir fully and much to my surprise while testing it, the compressor was no longer turning on in INPA. I have cleared all faults - the only fault the EHC module is reporting is the "reservoir too slow to fill" error which occurs after attempting to power the reservoir for awhile and it not turning on. I clear this warning, the suspension inactive warning goes away, the light for the air suspension height controller comes on, but then the compressor simply will not power through INPA. I have checked the other related modules for errors and none seem related.

When I unplugged the compressor from the car and powered it directly it ran fine. It looks like a new compressor. I have checked the fuses in the trunk and in the glovebox, they are all good. All the height level sensors look good (though those shouldn't even matter when using INPA to manually control the system).

I am at a bit of a loss, has anyone else dealt with a similar issue? I am starting to possibly suspect a module issue, but I don't know why it would be so intermittent like this It seemed like if I had the air struts on hand the first time I tested it, I could have put them in and it'd have worked! But the compressor has stopped powering on and now that is the main issue
