Any of you guys use FCP? Aussies in particular!!

I have been using FCP that are based in Connecticut for my latest parts requistion as well as others prior. Just thought it high time I put a mention in for them as they have been so good to me, paricularly of late-answering emails out of office hours over the Christmas break..

Not only are they friendly, professional, and helpful, they can source anything you want (that may not necessarily be in their inventory on their site) and give you the choice of genuine BMW/OEM, or aftermarket. On top of that, their prices are extremely good also.

I live in Australia, and I don't know what its like on the East coast of Aus, but here in WA the BMW parts department think of a number then double it when asked for a price! Even with the shipping costs and bad exchange rate (for Aus) I'm saving so much money by using these guys.

Just wanted to spread the word for those that may not necessarily know this crowd and can get parts cheaper by using them. At least worth a look on their website (fcpeuro.com) in my opinion.

The guy who I've been dealing with is Dan Clayton. Top bloke by any standard.

Ive used them in the past, Dan even gave me some "shwag" in my order!! (couple beer openers, and a few silicon bracelets!!) Always prompt in responses. I was happy with their service and will use them again!
I found that their website was a bit confusing and hard to navigate, so i called instead, i would rather deal with a person anyway!!! Dan was my guy!
Great prices too!

I have used them in the past and they are one of my first sites to go to when I'm looking for parts. I have some of their "lifetime" window regulators and they supplied my front wheel bearings and hubs. Good bunch of people and their prices are good also.

I've had good success with them on several suspension components and was especially pleased with the prompt manner in which they replaced some mi-labeled parts. I think their website has been improved recently and is easier to navigate through now. They also have a lot of helpful installation videos.

I think you're right, as I've found their website fairly easy. All you do is put your vehicle details in and away you go with either keywords or BM part numbers, which I always get from Realoem. If it doesn't show up in their inventory, I either email or call.

Over the last few weeks I've ordered a shed load of parts and they have always come up with what I need. Never have they said they can't get, or there's a lead time on it and you'll have to wait 'x' amount of weeks.

Good point about the videos, I hadn't noticed before.

I have used them and they are awesome. I placed an order on a Sunday and realized I forgot a $2 o-ring. Not wanting to pay shipping for a small part, I sent an email asking them to add it. I received a response a short time later (remember, on a Sunday afternoon 3 time zones away). They added the part, no problem. Very, very happy customer!

I use them also and FPC has a very good range of genuine, OEM, and decent aftermarket parts for price consideration. I very recently replaced my front struts with Sachs Touring and my rear ABS sensor.
