A few pics from a recent trip.
Drove home to NC for Christmas and snapped a few pics along the way. Not bad for a cell phone. Hit a nasty ice storm in the Texas Panhandle and had to do a 600 mile detour on snow packed/ice roads due to I-40 being shut down. What a disaster. The X5 did awesome. What a machine. I'm sure glad I had my 17's with Winter Blizzaks mounted. Here's a sampling of some pics I took.

If you ever wanted to know what it would look like if NASA sent an E53 to Mars as their next rover....... here you go. Hope you enjoy.

nice pics but I`m not going to show the wife these ,cause I don`t even want to take the x5 camping,only like driving it on asphalt she keeps bugging me to take it camping this summer but I said NO.

Its definitely a rare interior, I think was only available on the facelifts. I've only seen one other X with a truffle interior, Riggodeaux's 2006 6-speed manual, his exterior is BSM though.
