New exhaust tips and snow pics/clip
I originally wanted to keep my factory tips which i had on, but they were causing a backup in my exhaust as well as a slight whistle in a certain rpm range. (not tips fault, just cheap welding lol, oh well) Took me like a day of searching and i found tips i knew would look mean on the x, so ordered them and needed little extensions welded on, then clamped these on, that way i can always switch up in future easier. End result, no whistle, improved sound, and power. Yes power, the old tips had a Y pipe made for them and it was horrible not even gonna post pics how it looked after i sawzalled them off, but it was 2.5 pipe going to like 1.5/1.75 so yeah. I bought mine here...made by BMW and they push right on. BMW Parts and BMW Accessories | Bavarian Autosport
Unless I'm missing something they are just chrome tips....no noise or performance advantage.

Yeah those don't look like stock 4.4 V8 tips...
Really nice setup... it's interesting that 4.8is owners go for a quad tips and a lot of others are trying to make their cars look like 4.8is...
