Header gaskets n62

Still sorting an e53 which was badly punked by a dealer.

I have noticed the car does not have header gaskets at the exhaust ports. Anyone else noticed their n62 doesn't have gaskets? Did some come from the factory this way? Realoem says no.

I think the dealer had headers off after the car overheated. Had orange non-BMW coolant in it and it's possoble there was an overflow down through the exhausts.

I have one bolt on the passenger side that is very difficult to remove down behind the air conditioner compressor in order to get that header free. Any one have a magic move to help me out?
