Another Angel Eye/Halo Light Wiring Question/Suggestion

How do you wire them up?..... jk
I tried searching if anyone has added a switch to power the halo lights from inside the car but I didn't find any results for what I'm thinking.

I read on how to power the lights from the great info on here and I'm going to leave the brown wire for the remote light-on, off because I don't want them to do that. I want them to turn on after I turn my car on, manually. Could I just tap into the red/white ECU cable adding a wire going inside the cabin and connect that to a switch like this Rocker Switch and turn the rings on from there after the car is on?
