I'm not sure if the o 2 sensors have been changed. Not since blowing oil when I bought it with a bad cvv. Not sure how long the previous owner ran it like that. Could the catalytic converter be plugged too? Anyway to test the o2 sensors and cat? Or anything I can check with torque app?

You can check the short term fuel trim and long term fuel trim. When the engine is reved, the short term fuel trim should either go up or go down, this is when the 02 sensor is either adding fuel to the mixture of taking fuel away. If you don't have movement in the graph, your 02 sensor could be bad, but in order to perform this test you need to be in closed loop.

I get short term fuel trim to go up and down, but no data on long term. I also got code P0313 Misfire with low fuel.

The oil that was getting trough you engine is not good for either an O2 sensor or Cat.

Bad cat usually has more severe symptoms that you are experiencing. Engine won't rev normally and it will have what sounds like more fan noise. Bother symptoms are because the exhaust is very restricted.

Bad pre cat O2 sensor will cause the engine to miss though should not be cylinder selective.

I suggest you switch the new injector with another cylinder and see what you get. I am guessing 4 will not miss, 5 will still show it has a miss, and the cylinder where the new injector will show a miss. If that is the case my conclusion would be the new injector is not working properly or is not the correct injector and the cause of the miss in 5 is not the injector.

I have the new injector in 4 now and the injector from 4 in 5. Getting only misfire on 5 and lean code. I have ordered a new 02 sensor I found for $40 on ebay. If this doesn't work I am thinking it must be the cat. Is it possible to replace the catyltic converter with a straight pipe? or a universal maganflow? really don't want to pay $1000 for a new cat.

Base on your pic, bank 1 and 2 is running LEAN. The arrows should be at or close to 0 +/- 10. With the arrows all the to the + side it means the 02 sensors are adding gas because you have a lean condition.

You could have a bad MAF.

If there is a problem with the MAF the idle should increase and smooth out when the connector is removed.

Regardless I would clean the MAF--easy and inexpensive to do. Use MAF cleaner only. Spray generously and until all wires are clear of any deposits. Be sure to include the wires on both sides of the sensor.
