I would take apart the head unit and check for loose wires or check the main console for loose wires in the back. Give it a go if your brave enough?

By the way how are you liking the 2014 x1?

Sirius no more

I guess I will take the spare tire out and take a look at the receiver.

My wife's X1 is REALLY a fun car to drive. Super quick and truly BMW in handling and feel. This is coming from a couple who made fun of this thing when we saw it just a few short months ago.

Did you pay your bill

If there's a problem it's always on their end..call them. You will need your radio ID number. Good luck because their customer service really really sucks. I'll bet they turned your service off.

Sirius reappears...poof

Before starting the car this morning I pulled all radio related fuses/reset and miraculously Sirius is back.....so I don't know If the fuses had anything to do with it but I guess the important part is it is now working again.

We don't have a subscription for Sirius and we can still see the module on our inputs, we just don't get any sound or channel options if we choose that input. I'd have to go look, but I think it has a message saying to call to subscribe.
The problem may have fixed itself when the car went to sleep, thus power cycling all the devices. A fuse reset would have done the same thing if you didn't let the car sleep.
