Haha interesting clip...
As for the X5 he didnt have dsc off and you could see it cut back all his power, he could have powered out of that turn easy and back onto the track full throttle.

Yeah, the X driver showed up ready to race, roof rack crossbars and all! I would bet he's on all season tires and never removed the spare tire too.

Whoever was driving that X5 needs to take his ass to the nearest performance driving school. Horrible, just horrible.
When you're racing around a track, you turn driving aids off. Especially on a beast like an X5 that's known to understeer.

Yeah if it was a stock Camaro with a 305 v8 the X5 would blow it away, or if it was a super charged X5 all customized it would have been different

The X5 didn't wasn't a 4.6 or 4.8.
I noticed his shop when I was in the Charleston area over Christmas holidays. My take was they do a lot of performance work. I don't know how much of it is BMW but they are a Dinan installer. Doesn't look like he has done much to the X5 suspension.
