Turning Cold Monitoring Off

Hello, Im a longtime visitor to this website, just now becoming an active particpant. So Hello to all. I have had my 2003 BMW X5 for over a year now, I've had a laptop with the INPA, NCS, software in my glovebox, but I cant figure out how to use it. If anyone lives or knows someone in the RI area, that could teach me or do it for me, Im willing to pay them. All I want to do isturn off the light errors on my car, as I replaced my tail lights with Led ones.
