Air suspension level sensor

does anyone know how easy it is to change Air suspension level sensor

had error on car checked pipes one was slightly creased

all sorted 'self level inact' also came off

I will try erase code see if it comes back but worst case scenario want to know how easy it is to change

if its a major issue may change all rear air suspension to springs

can someone confirm what parts needed for spring conversion and if there is a DIY

Google rear spring conversion for X5.. plenty of stuff will come up along with places to buy complete kits.

What pipes were creased?

There are little sensors mounted on the front and rear right side control arms. They are very easy to change. Keep in mind that you will need to re-calibrate the ride height with an Autologic \ GT1 after you change one.
