BMWNA is telling me that I will get another letter and the parts will be available in MARCH ??

I didn't even receive the recall letter even though I updated the mailing address. My VIN shows no recall on BMW NA website

That's what my letter said, too - parts available in March. I'll probably check with the closest dealer in another month or so.
