Just curious, how much oil did you have to add to get it up to the dipstick mark?

You need to take the spark plugs out and see if you can remove the oil from the cylinders. if the motor still will not turn over with a wrench on front crank pulley then I am afraid you have bent/broke something. Sounds like another one bites the dust due to terrible design of ccv system.

I`m just hoping my warranty will cover this repair, getting flat bedded to mechanic tomorow, I did ask if they can rebuild engine and straight out said no ,I thought all engines were rebuildable , because I know my warranty company pays for internal engine parts, like pistons, rods ,valves ect.

the reason this motor is not rebuildable at a traditional shop is the cyl liners cannot be honed, bored and over sized pistons are $$$$$$$$$$$$$$. there is also a risk of cyl head bolts pulling out when trying to torque them.

there is a company in cali. that rebuilds them but they machine out the factory coating on the cyl walls and installs steel liners. then they can machine and hone them like a traditioal motor. Trust me they are throw away motors.

Only engines that are not rebuild able if the engine has a hole in the side from a rod letting go.

A bent rod or broken rod is rebuild able, although the dealer that you are dealing with may not rebuild them since it's a lot of work that is probably beyond what the warranty will cover. Better to locate a good engine and just swap them out. A X that has been totaled from the rear is a good candidate for a spare engine.
