Battery is Dead and Driver's side door isn't working

How do I open this X5? I was getting in thru the other doors or the window now my battery is dead because I've let it sit for about 2 weeks and I didn't start it. I had a locksmith try to get in through popping the passenger's side door but it didn't work. Can the lock be popped on the passenger's side?
How can I charge the battery if I can't open any doors or the trunk?

Help ..

What do I do?

You can either break a window, or you can pop the plastic grille in the front of the hood and try to pop the hood open. Once you have the hood open you can connect a charger or a jump pack or another battery to the jump ports under the hood and use your remote to open the doors.

See this post about removing the Kidney Grille.

Guides I have read online say you can power up the truck by crawling under it and putting power on the two leads of the starter (that lead back to the battery). Then your key should be able to just open it up. Take heed from the lesson I learned and fix your driver's door lock ASAP.

EDIT: never mind...I reread your post and see that you were crawling through the window and other doors.
What do you mean by "driver's side door isn't working"? Are you saying that the lock was already known to be broken? Or are you saying you inserted your key into the lock cylinder & turned it counter clockwise to the position you'd normally turn it to unlock it electronically...and nothing happened?

If you did the 2nd thing above...then try re-inserting your key into the driver's door lock cylinder and turning the key at least 90° counter clockwise (past the position that would normally open it electronically) to the manual unlock position.

It may take a "little" force if you've never maintained/lubricated the lock cylinder...because you are manually actuating the lock and physically moving the pin upward to the unlock position:

How can I get into my 2002 X5 BMW if the battery is dead, and the driver's side door isn't opening from the outside? Can I pop the passenger's side door? Can the hood be released from the outside by pulling it through the grill?

The part about "I have been getting in thru the other doors and windows" is classic.
