Reset Transfer Case Adaptations w/ PA Soft?

Looked through every option yesterday. Do not appear to be able to reset the adaptations via PA Soft. There is in an option in the transfer case module to "restart software unit" or something along those lines but the software recommends against it and I get the feeling that won't resolve the issue anyway.
Perhaps someone else knows otherwise.
